BOO People who Write Checks
Have you ever been in line at a store and you are in a hurry and the person in front of you is writing a check? Some of you younger people might even ask what a check is? Checks really don't serve much purpose these days. I can't think of a good reason why you would need to use them. It's such a process to write a check and it holds everyone up, especially with all the checks they have to do to take your check. Background check, date of birth, etc. There are just some people out there that can't break away from their checks. I think my aunt is one of them. Anyways get with the times and use a debit card or cash so you don't hold everyone up. Boo checks!

Amen!! You find the shortest line thinking you are going to get out quickly ... you place your things on the belt and then watch the person in front of you pull out a checkout book AFTER all of their stuff has been scanned. Then this person, usually a sweet lady, can't seem to figure out how to quickly fill out the check even after 50 years of practice. Then to make matters worse, places like Walmart take the check, process it and then ask the lady to sign an electronic screen, thoroughly confusing that person since they already signed the paper check. Then the Walmart clerk faithfully sticks the check in the printer, pulls it out and hands it back to that nice lady with a receipt, confusing her all over again and usually requiring further explanation while you continue to beat yourself up for choosing the wrong line. Yes, then you ask yourself why you are in Walmart in the first place ... But then that is a boo for another day.
