BOO Crappy Customer Support Systems
Today I am Booing those crappy automated customer support systems. Have you ever noticed that when you place a call to customer service, the first thing the automated system does is ask you to enter your order number, account number, or whatever number it needs to be able to help you with your question. Then after you are on hold for like 15 minutes, the first question the operator will ask you is "Can I have your order number, account number, or whatever number?" So, what the crap is the automated system for? Obviously the operator does not have the info you entered in or they are playing WoW and can't see their screen so they ask you again. BOO automated customer support systems.

I completely agree! This gets really frustrating when you have to keep calling back multiple times for whatever reason. You almost feel like having your own automated response talk back to them so you don't need to waste your time playing this game.
